Bio

Debbie Wallace is a tomboy who is a part of the Rec League soccer team in her neighborhood. Her determined attitude and ever present smirk are what avail her on the soccer field, and possibly in the fight against Jiles Gorge. She is also Neil's first cousin.

Gameplay Details

Special Moves

  • D, F + M- Double Hand (performs a leftward hand chop into a rightward left hook; meter burn does this sequence multiple times)
  • air D, F + L- Air Dive (dives downward with a kick; knockdown)
  • D, B + L- Soccer Knee (hops forward with her right knee outward; meter burn adds a second left knee thrust; knockdown)
  • D, F + L- Vault Launch (springs herself upward off the ground with a kick; knockdown; meter burn performs an additional downward kick for a ground boucne)
  • B, F + H- Soccer Slide (slides forward with her left foot outward; knockdown; meter burn knocks foe over her head so she can perform an elbow thrust behind her so she can knock them behind her)

Character Trait

  • S- Soccer Trick (takes out a soccer ball and, as long as the button is held, dribbles it with her foot, but if it's released, she kicks it upward, giving way for two different follow-ups)
    • L- Soccer Kick (kicks the soccer ball forward)
    • M- Header (hops up and headbutts the ball so that it bounces)

Super Move

  • MB + FS- Penalty Kick (runs over towards foe, delivering a right hook when close to them; on hit, she then follows this up with a right elbow thrust in the kick, then steps back before kicking foe in the groin then kicking them away; she then gets out a soccer ball, sets it on the ground, and after stepping back some, she runs over and kicks the ball at foe's face)

Misc

  • Voice Actor: Colleen Clinkenbeard
  • Intro Animation: Debbie begins to stretch her arms above her head, then proceeds to stretch them in front of her as she kicks a soccer ball up. She soon catches it and puts it away as she says "Ready to get beat?"
  • Round Win Animation: Performs the iconic "Goku Stretch" as she says "BOORING!" or "Hey, I'm not done yet!"
  • Match Win Animation: Wipes some sweat off of her forehead as she says "Now that was quite a sweat." before laying down on the ground, getting out a bottle of water, and taking a sip.

Arcade ending

"For Debbie, just the chance to battle against exotic looking warriors was the thrill of a lifetime. Her victory over Jiles Gorge would prove to be an incredible experience she would most likely not be able to forget. As the team had went their separate ways, Debbie convinced her cousin Neil to form a crime fighting duo in order for her to relive the excitement of their adventure whenever crime befalls their neighborhood. Neil, having those same sentiments, agreed to do so. Now, when night falls over Brimstone County, criminals of the night have agents of order to fear in The Quiver and Grudge Girl."
    Here's the fifth member of the hero team in RoY: Debbie Wallace. Being a tomboy, she's not afraid to get her hands dirty. In fact, her moveset suggests she's a rushdown master. She's also Neil's cousin. For her ending, she and Neil basically become Kickass and Hit-Girl, the reason for this being both of them have grown to love the adrenaline they got from fighting evil men. Next up is a major character in the game's story, Inspector Roy Herman.
